Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, addenda, and platform-specific rules incorporated by reference.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where a conflict exists between these General Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document will prevail with respect to that specific matter only.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with aq4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus any administrative costs as permitted by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of aq4444 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously had an aq4444 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that would restrict your access to online gambling platforms.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful personal information and will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

aq4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with aq4444. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, aq4444 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions at its sole discretion.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. This information is collected for identity verification, responsible gaming compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. aq4444 handles all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, aq4444 will initiate the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — showing your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and current address.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the aq4444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aq4444 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and other bank transfer options as may be made available from time to time. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. aq4444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for verified accounts using mobile banking methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours will be processed on the next available working day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account security.
• Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balance have been fully met. Real Money Balance not associated with a bonus is available for withdrawal at any time subject to KYC completion.
• aq4444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed by aq4444 may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

aq4444 does not accept deposits from credit cards or from payment accounts that are not registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and, if identified, will result in the funds being returned and the associated account being reviewed for compliance purposes.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

aq4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the aq4444 platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by aq4444 carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer baccarat with stakes above a defined threshold) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and account review.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion details. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from the account without compensation.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the aq4444 platform — including live casino games, video slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules and certified random number generation (RNG) technology of its respective developer. aq4444 does not modify game outcomes, RTP percentages, or game logic in any way.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on aq4444's server logs, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections during live dealer game rounds, interrupted slot spins, or sports bet settlement delays caused by data feed failures — do not automatically entitle a player to a refund or re-play. Each case will be assessed individually by aq4444's support team.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any device designed to give an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — including coordinating bets in poker, live table games, or sports markets to manipulate outcomes or guarantee profit — is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds is prohibited. Players who identify such errors must report them to support without exploiting them. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error may be voided.
• For sports betting, aq4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were demonstrably incorrect due to a data error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their aq4444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, aq4444 will process any pending withdrawals of verified Real Money Balance and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure: aq4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false identity information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, or provision of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under applicable law.
• Any chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Evidence that the player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any conduct that aq4444 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its players, or its business operations.

In cases of involuntary closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, aq4444 reserves the right to withhold some or all account balances pending investigation, and to seek recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the breach. Where a closure is made in error, players may appeal by contacting support with supporting documentation. aq4444 will review all appeals within 10 business days.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq4444 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress.

aq4444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• aq4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party technical failures may result in temporary unavailability.
• aq4444 is not responsible for any third-party fees, mobile data charges, or financial costs incurred by the player in accessing or using the platform.
• Gambling involves financial risk. By using aq4444, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that losses are part of the nature of gambling. aq4444 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the platform.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through aq4444's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits aq4444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
